JUBILEE CELEBRATIONS.
PUKERIMU-KAIPAKI BCHOOL. 60TH ANNIVERSARY OF OPENING. LARGE GATHERING OF RESIDENTS. (Times Special Reporter.) CAMBRIDGE, Friday. To mark the GOth anniversary of the opening of the Pukcrimu-Kaipaki School residents of the Pukerimu and Kaipaki districts and a large number of ex-pupils of the school gathered on the site to-day and several functions were held. A picnic was held this morning when many early pupils look advantage of the opportunity of renewing old friendships. Several residents and old pupils recounted interesting reminiscences of the early days, and addresses were also given by present and past teachers at the school.
