ENJOYABLE PARTY HELD.
FOR Y.W.C.A. MEMBERS. Mrs Tietjens was hostess at her home in Marama Street on Wednesday evening at a very happy party for Y.W.C.A. members to assist with their “mystery” stall at the Garden Party to be held on March 7. The evening was spent in games and competitions and was much enjoyed. The room looked delightful with bowls of autumn tinted zinnias and dahlias. At the conclusion of the party Miss Veda Saunders returned thanks to Mrs Tietjens on behalf of those present for a very happy evening. Among those present were :—Misses Veda Sanders, Beryl Gilbert, E. Pearce, M. Maglnness, L. Morphy, Nita Cheesman, Johnson, Foulson, I. Seobie, T. Keenan, D. Muir, J. Gowanloclc, M. Brothers, R. Tietjens, P. Tietjens, E. Tietjens, K. Scotter.
