The New South Wales Government has decided to sell its industrial undertakings, including the briokworks, the Monier pipe and reinforced concrete works, and the metal quarries, tenders for which have either been accepted or are to be accepted. The Monier pipe works are being acquired by a syndicate of employees for £35,000. The metal quarries will be sold for £170,000 while an offer has been received for the brickworks of £162,000.
