MUNGATOON PLEASES. .. s r MAZIR SHAPE'S WELL. (By Telegraph.—Special to Times.) TE AROHA, Saturday. Track work this morning was done on the inner grass which was slow arter three days’ rain. Mungacre and Lagoon ran six furlongs in LIS, finishing right In line. Routine Flush, arter trotting a circuit, slipped over three rnrlongs in 30s. The Acre gelding In Wallace’s stable and McShelTrey’s King I.u mare ran three m 30 t-ss. the rormer scoring decisively. The two-year-olds Black Mask and Miss Mostor showed a fine turn or speed down the home stretch. Gay Egypt, lleskerlooon and Marleloti separately executed serviceable work and King Brierly put more vim into his work than usual. ,'MungfttOon (Keeslng) started from ihe mile mark and was picked up by Mazir (Continued in next column.)

At the half-mile post .Mazir had the advantage or a riill length but hairway down the straight Mungatoon moved up ami led hy a neck. .McGuire moved on Mazir nearing the post and the pair flashed over the line together. Mungatoon’s time was i .4-1 2-3 and Mazlr’s 1.24. Ultra moved very freely over six furlongs In I.IS 2-5 and Keith Lu prevailed over Bonnie Song by two lengths, run* ning four furlongs in 5 1 2-ss.
