CHILDREN’S PARTY.
TE RORE FUNCTION. A delightful children’s party was given in the Tq Rore ‘Hall by the League of Mothers recently. Items were contributed by the children, and each child took toys, many of which were made by the boys, under the supervision of the teacher, Mr Guest. They were on view at the hall, and were' a great credit to both teacher and pupil. There was a wonderful collection of Christmas gifts, for which the more unfortunate children in the backblocks will be grateful. Ice creams and a delicious afternoon tea helped to add to the success of the party.
