Copyright. ■LONDON, Ddo. 12. , The Nanking correspondent of the Times states that General Chlang KaiShek replaces General Wang ChlngYVei as Prime Minister In the new Cabinet, whioh Is regarded as one able to co-operate with Japan, where all except the Ministers of Education, Navy and Commerce are educated. The Cabinet also demonstrates General Chlang Kai-Shek’s domination, for only two followers of Wang ChlngWei are included.
