FOUND DEAD.

The police believe there was foul play in •connection with the death of James Taylor (22), a porter on the Monterey, whose dead body was found near the pier at Port Melbourne on Thursday, as Taylor’s head was severely injured. He had attended a party on th| night prior to his disappearance.
