PLUNKET SOCIETY.
HAMILTON BRANCH MEETING. The -monthly meeting of the Hamilton branch of -the Plunket Society was held in the rooms on December 6, Mrs A. M. Bisley -presiding. The nurses’ reports read as follows: —
Hamilton District. —New -cases for month, 14: new -oases, breast-fed, 13; visits to rooms, adults 470; babies, 430; older children, 56; total, 956: visits to homes, 42. Frankton District.—New -cases for
month, 5; new -cases, breast-fed, 5; visits to rooms, -adults, 184; babies, 173: older children, 13; total, 370: visits to -homes, 54. The president welcomed Airs -Day, who has returned from a trip abroad; also Airs E. AI. Masters, who was recently elected to the -committee. The -secretary was asked -to -convey a vote of appreciation to Aliss Lowe for her work amongst the Bangers, and -congratulated her on the high percentage of passes. The next meeting of the Hamilton Plunket Society will he held on February 7.
