The Sun says Sir Charles Kingsford Smith’s organisation intends to go ahead with the development of the Tasman air service. It is applying to ■the Postal Department in Sydney 'for permission to carry air mails 'between Australia and New Zealand bi-weeldy, starting next July.
Sir Charles’ officials indicate that the service will be operated toy a company with British capital totalling £300,000.
