TREASURY BILLS,
ISSUED BY GERMANY, United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright. (Received Aug. 24, 3.0 p.m.) BERLIN, August 23. The Government is issuing 500,000,000 marks worth of 4* per cent. Treasury bills, maturing in 1945, at 98J. A further 500,000,000 marks will be raised through loans placed with Savings Banks at 985.
