PROPOSAL FOR INCREASE. NO DECISION BY BOARD. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Wednesday. Inquiries In official quarters revealed that the Unemployment Board has before It a proposal to Increase the sustenance rates during the winter months, but so far no decision has been made.
