BADMINTON DANCE

SUCCESSFUL EVENING. ARAWA CLUB’S FUNCTION. A most successful dance was held by the Arawa Badminton Club in the Centreway tearooms on Saturday evening, when there was a large attendance and a very happy time was spent. The room was charmingly decorated with bowls of gold flowers and a delicious supper was served. Excellent music was played by the Mayfair Orchestra, and during the evening Monte Carlos, spot waltzes and streamer and confetti dances were very much enjoyed.
