BADMINTON DANCE
SUCCESSFUL EVENING. ARAWA CLUB’S FUNCTION. A most successful dance was held by the Arawa Badminton Club in the Centreway tearooms on Saturday evening, when there was a large attendance and a very happy time was spent. The room was charmingly decorated with bowls of gold flowers and a delicious supper was served. Excellent music was played by the Mayfair Orchestra, and during the evening Monte Carlos, spot waltzes and streamer and confetti dances were very much enjoyed. McDell, amber georgette; L. •Hook, black cotelle and scarlet sash.
