In 'committee at the International Labour Conference, Sir F. 11. Stewart' (Australia) moved a resolution, which was supported by Miss Patterson (New Zealand) and secured adoption, in favour of a proposal that the International Labour Office of the League of Nations should report on the reasons for Die under-consumption of agricultural products.
