CREDITORS SYMPATHETIC
SERVICE STATION FAILURE. ILLNESS AND MISFORTUNE. “ I have gone into this ‘bankruptcy with Air Tindlo and I think that to a large extent it has been brought about by a certain amount of illness and misfortune and also by a lack of capital,” stated the Official Assignee, Air V. R. Crowhurst, ibis afternoon, when Cyril Egmont Tindle, trading as George Tindlc and Son, service station proprietors, Frankton, appeared before a meeting of his creditors. Bankrupt’s schedule disclosed a deficit of £357 9s fid, the assets being shown as stock in trade and book debts, some of which were from a former grocery business. Price-cutting and illness in the family was attributed by bankrupt to his present position. It, was pointed out by the Official Assignee that at the present moment it appeared unlikely that creditors could hope for little more Ilian 2s Gd in the pound out of the estate. On the motion of mic creditor it was unanimously decided to facilitate bankrupt’s discharge.
