CARD AFTERNOON.
SUCCESSFUL FUNCTION. The card afternoon at the To Awamutu Town Hall recently, arranged by the ladies’ committee of the local Bov Scouts, proved very successful, there being a very large attendance. Bridge and euchre were played, the winners being:—Bridge: .Mrs J. Hawkins; bidden number, Mrs Zolirab. Euchre: Mrs Farrell; consolation prize, Miss Teasdale. A delightful afternoon lea was served at the conclusion of a most enjoyable function.
