SCHOOL HOCKEY.
HAMILTON PRIMARY ASSOCIATION. ■COMMITTEE APPOINTED. The Hamilton Primary Schools Hockey ’Association held its second annual meeting on Tuesday, when the following committee was appointed:— Messrs W. A. Cprleis (president), A. L. Baker (secretary), W. G. Fabling, 'F. V. C. Graeie and G. L. 'Cato. Mention was made of the interest taken in last year’s competition, particularly the curtain-raiser held prior to the match with the Australians. The schools representatives were anxious to organise a similar match before the Indian match on July 6. Although not all the -schools will take part in the -competition, which commences next Wednesday, It is hoped that where they cannot field an eleven they Aviil encourage those of their pupils who are not playing Rugby to join one of the Y.M.C.A, teams which will be under the supervision of 'Mr Cato. Mention was made of the Hockey Association’s generous ‘ donation of slicks
