BANK CLERK CHARGED
ALLEGED THEFT OF £238. REMANDED UNTIL WEDNESDAY. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) NEW PLYMOUTH, Friday. David Jason Spence, clerk of the Commercial Rank. New Plymouth, was to-day charged with the theft of £23(5, between October, 103 i and March, 1 03 f>. He was remanded 1o appear next Wednesday, bail at £4OO being granted providing accused reports daily to the police.
