MR G. A. DUIMCAN APPOINTED.

WELLINGTON, Thursday.
The ‘Gazette announces the appointment of Mr George Andrew Duncan to the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research.
Mr Duncan is a member of the re-cently-constituted Executive 'Commission of Agriculture, and he also served on last year’s Dairy Commission. Sinoe 1920 he has been secretary of the Hawera Co-operative Dairy Company.
