A German refugee, Josef Lampersberger, was kidnapped in daylight at the Czechoslovakian platform at Etsensle, in a frontier station, by four armed German secret police, and dragged off unconscious to Germany. Lampersbcrger fought wildly, and a Czechoslovakian customs officer attempted to rescue him, but was struck down when a Bavarian gendarme, wielding a rifle, assisted his compatriots. The Government is protesting.
