Efforts are being made to exploit loyalty and patriotism for personal gain in connection with the King’s Jubilee, says a London paper. | As much as £SO per seat is being j asked at one point on the route of tlie Royal procession to the Thanksgiving Service at St. Paul’s Cathedral on May G. “Such a charge,” the manager of a large ticket selling agency told a pressman, “is preposterous." "Speaking with experience of the Diamond Jubilee of Queen Victoria, I should say that £2O would be tlie outside price for the best possible seal. The route of tlie Royal procession, although not overlong, will give hundreds of thousands of people the opportunity of expressing their loyally. On file outward journey the procession will go from Buckingham Palace by way of Uouslilution Hill, Piccadilly, St. .tames’ Sireel, Pali Mall, Trafalgar Square. Duucannon Street, Strand, Fleet Street, and Ludgate Mill. It will return to the Palace via SI. Paul’s ‘Churchyard, Cannon Street, Uncoil Victoria Street, Victoria Embankment, Northumberland Avenue, Admiralty Arch, and The Mall. The potential sealing accommodation tn the windows of clubs, houses, and business premises along these routes is enormous, apart from the number of special stands which are Lo be erected in suitable places,
