GIRL ATTACKED
STRUCK ON FACE AND BODY, KNOCKED DOWN BY MAN. AUCKLAND, Saturday. Late on Thursday night, Miss Rona Willacy, aged 18, was struck on the face and body by an unknown man and knocked down. The assailant fled when'Mbs Willacy screamed, and so far be has not been traced. 1 Miss Willacy noticed a man approaching and when he came near he stopped end asked what was the time. Before Miss Willacy could reply, tne man struck her twice, once, on the face and once on the body, knooklng her down. She screamed for help »nn the man disappeared. She is little the worse for her experience, although suffering slightly from a small wound inside the mouth, caused by being struck heavily in the face.
