DUE TO ADVERTISING. ' BIG RESULTS FOLLOW. Remarkable results from Post Office .. publicity schemes were mentioned by Sir Ernest Bennett, M.P., Assistant Postmaster-r General, in an address to ; the Cardiff Publicity Club, says an English paper.
