FORCE COMPLETE.
LANCASHIRES MARCH AT EASE. MESSAGE OF PEACE. (Official Wireless. > RUGBY, Dec. 24. The international force for the Saar is now complete except for British armoured cars, which are due to arrive after Christmas. There were large crowds in the ■streets of Saarbrucken on Saturday when the first battalion of the East Lancashire regiment paraded through the town. The shldiers marched at ease with their rifles inconspicuously slung an'd bayonets sheathed. Their two bands played homely airs and the ■troops whistled gaily. The Times correspondent says: “The waiting people who had turned out in real force this time could not hut feel that a message of peace and goodwill as well as an assurance ol security had come from Britain-’
