Oswald MacHattie for a mandamus to compel the -restoration of his name lo ihc list of ministerial members of the Baptist Union of New Zealand, which came before Mr Justice Blair in the Supreme Court in October and November, has been settled, the agreement including the restoration of Mr Macllattic's name to the list.
