DEATH FOLLOWS ACCIDENT. AUCKLAND, Monday] The death occurred on Saturday of Mrs Eileen Fussell, aged 39, who suffered concussion and other head injuries when she fell down a flight of steps on Friday. DROWNED WHILE BATHING. DUNEDIN, Sunday. A boy, George Frederick Robert Hall, was drowned at Waltaliuna while bathing this morning. Plall, who could not swim, was paddling in shallow water, when he stepped into a deeper part of the hole and was soon beyond his depth. Another lad, noticing bis plight, seized hold of him, but was forced to let go, and the boy drifted out into deeper water and was drowned.

ATTACKED BY BULL. DUNEDI'N, Sunday. While haymaking at Highcliffc, near Dunedin, yesterday, Air Thomas Perry, a single man, aged 30, was attacked by a bull and severely injured. INJURED WHEN DIVING. A severe scalp wound, haemorrhage and shock were suffered by Jean Watson, the seven- year-old daughter of Mr and Mrs W. Watson, of Maungalapere, when her hair was caught in the milking machinery during milking operations last evening.
