CAMBRIDGE MATCHES. CITY AND LEAMINGTON TIE. The first series of games In the second round of the Cambridge Sub-Association a •competition were concluded on Saturday. The City v. Leamington game had a very exciting finish, the match ending in a tie High School dereated United services by 7 wickets, gaining a four points win. • ~ City v. Leamington. This game was concluded at Victoria Square. Scores: City, first innings 100, second innings 27; Leamington, first innings, second innings 75. ■ In City’s second innings, Abel with 11 was the highest scorer. Bowling for Leamington L. McKinnon captured o wickets for 12 runs, ,and A. McKinnon 4 wickets for 7 runs. . in Leamington’s second innings, A. McKinnon obtained 27 runs L. McKinnon 2o runs arid D. McKinnon 11 runs. Bowling for City, Hughes secured -5 wickets lor 24 runs, and Litchwark 2 wickets Tor 31 UnS High Sohool v. United Services. United .Services in their first Innings made 110 and in their second innings t>u. High School, first innings, 143; second Innings, 23 for three wickets. 1 School won by 7 wickets. For Servlcos in the second innings, McDonald obtained 30 runs. Bowling lor High School Watt took 7 wickets ror ,20 runs and McKinnon 2 wiekots Tor 1 i runs. For High School in their second innings, Muller scorer 15 runs. Bowling for United Services, Carter took 2 wickets for 16 runs, and Chard one for 9 runs. Championship Table.
