FAMOUS QUINTUPLETS

ATTRACTIVE BABIES.

NORMAL IN EVEFfY RESPECT. (Empire Press Union.) TORONTO, November 14. The world-famous Dionne quintuplets of Callendar, Ontario, as they approached the age of six months—they were born May 28—had a combined weight of more than fifty Pounds and were making normal progress. Even Marie, the smallest, was more than eight pounds, and the heaviest were in the eleven-pound class. The babies are normal in every respect, and Dr. A. R. Dafoe, who brought them into the world, has said that in 27 years of experience he has not seen more attractive Infants. They look so much alike that Identity necklaces are being secured for them. In a solemn service performed at the Dafoe hospital erected for them the babies were baptised by the Roman Catholic parish priest of Corbeil, each being given three names. They are Marie Reine Alma, Emilie 'Marie Jeanne, 'Ceoile Marie Emilda, Annette Lillianne Marie and Yvonne Edouilda Marie.

•oVila Dionne, proud father of this amazing family, already has announced that when the quintuplets grow up he wants them to marry honest French-Canadian farmers and remain in Northern Ontario. No'“smoothtongued city slickers” will carry them off if he has his way.
