FIXTURE AT MELBOURNE.

■CONTINGENT FROM WAIKATO

Sixteen officers and members of the Boy Scout movement, resident in the Waikato will leave Auckland by the Marama on Thursday for Australia, en route for the international Jamboree which opens at Frankston, near . Melbourne, on December 27. The assemblage will continue until January 7, and will be followed by a number of hikes and tourist excursions for the visitors. The Waikato contingent, which has been organised by District Scoutmaster G. I. Clark, comprises the following: District-Scoutmaster Clark (St. Peter’s, Hamilton), Group-Scout-master W. C. Williams (Cambridge), Scoutmaster HL W. E. Lewis (Cornwall, Hamilton), Scoutmaster E. Gilmore (To Awamutu), Assistant-Scout-master W. J. Steele (St. Peter’s, Hamilton), Troop-Leader G. A. Holloway (St. Peter’s, Hamilton), Troop-Leader A. Smith (First Frank ton), PatrolLeaders J. Manning (St. George's, Franlcton), P. M. Blair (Te Awamutu). K. rtiekil (Te Awamutu), Scouts G. S 11.
