FRUITFUL COLLABORATION. WORKING FOR PEACE. MINISTERS’ FELICITATIONS. (Official Wireless.! (Received Dec. 14, 2.30 p.m.) RUGBY, Dec. 13. M. Laval, the French Foreign Minister, has sent a telegram to Sir John Simon, Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, expressing gratification at the close collaboration between the British and French Governments,., which, during the recent . Session of the League Council, had so effectively served the inseparabe causes of justice and peace. In reply Sir John Simon expressed the hope that Anglo-French collaboration which 'had been so fruitful at Geneva would be continued and developed, results always as fruitful and with equal benefit to world peace.
