DOMINION CHAMPIONSHIP.
OTAGO WINS TEAMS’ BACK
DUNEDIN. Saturday
The New Zealand cross-country championship was held at Wlngatui on Saturday afternoon in line weather, hut on a course, which was very heavy. Six centres were represented in the teams’ race, a field of 37 runners being a record for the event. Teaming in brilliant fashion, Otoga had four men in front all Hie way and won the teams' race with (lie possible score of ten points. Canterbury put up the province’s best performance to date, to he runners-up with 37. Results were:—
