SITTING AT HUNTLY. DANGEROUS DRIVING CHARGE. (Special to Times.) * HUNTLY, Friday. On a charge of operating a goods service between Ellcrslie and Opotiki without a license, Hudson T. Salter was convicted and fined 20s, with costs, 'in the Police Court to-day, before Mr F. 11. Levien, S.M. As a result of a collision between a five sealer sedan car and a light truck at Huntly on May 12, the driver of the car, William Burnie, a farmer, of Huntly West, was charged with dangerous driving. He was convicted and fined £4 ss.

Charged with theft of a motor-car hood, valued at £3 15s, Thomas Burt, a labourer, of Waikokowai, was convicted and admitted to probation for twelve months.
