Dr. Stoebel, supreme bead of the German students, and Herr Zachringen, leader of the Nazi student organisations, have resigned. Dr. Stocbefs resignation was due to difficulties with the authorities. ill err Feichhert, an officer in the Labour Ministry, will succeed him.
