REMISSION OF RENT

TROTTING CLUB’S POSITION. SYMPATHETIC RESPONSE MADE. Contending that the club should be assisted as far as possible during a period of adverse fortunes, a decision to accept £2OO as full settlement of the rent throughout the 1933-34 season owing by the Waikato Trotting Club, was made at a meeting of Ihe execulive committee or the Waikato Agricultural and Pastoral Association today. Mr W. 11. Miers presided. A delegation from the club, comprising Mr A. E. Manning and llie secretary, Mr T. (!.
