The Federation of Meat Traders has resolved to urge the Government to discontinue the quota. Mr 6. Burns, the Sheffield delegate, stated that the trouble With Imports was the rubbish tent from Australia and New Zealand and the forequarters from South Afrloa. He added: “Prohibit this third-rate meat, whloh nobody wants but do not Interftu’o with the best meat.”
