LAWN TENNIS.
UNITY CLUB. THE ANNUAL MEETING. There was a good attendance of members at the annual meeting of the Unity Lawn Tennis Club last night, the president, Mr F. W. Course, presiding. A successful season was reviewed in the annual report, while the -statement of accounts disclosed a satisfactory financial position. The report and balance-sheet were adopted. The election of officers resulted; — President, Mr F. W. Course; vicepresidents, Miss A. Webster, Mr A. Smith; treasurer, Mr A. Smith; trustees, Messrs A. Smith and F. W. Course; secretary, Mr G. A. Wheeler; committee, Mesdames Oxenham, A. Head, H. Bateman, Miss’ A. Webster, Mr C. Crawford; delegates to sub-association, Messrs A. Dempster and F. W. Course.
