BERSERK RULES
WRESTLERS BURST RING. FREE-FOR-ALL FIGHT. (From a Correspondent.) BRISBANE, Sept. 7. During a wrestling contest at Brisbane last night, George Penchess, who wrestled a draw with Bill Begh, hurled a chair across the ring. He grabbed the chair from outside ttie ropes. None of the spectators around the ringside was injured. Shortly afterwards, Penchess tore one of the corner scats from its fastenings and leaped across the ring to attack Begh. In the, fourth round the ring itself collapsed and tlm wrestlers and oillcials went berserk, aiid 200 spectators yelled and booed. The referee stopped the contest.
