OPINION IN LONDON. LABOUR PAPER’S COMMENT. (Special to N.Z. Press Assn.) (Received Sept. 16, 12.30 p.m.) LONDON, Sept. 15. An interesting comment of the London Daily Herald (Labour paper) in regard to the Reserve Bank proposals Is contained in these words:— “ It is interesting to note how olose the Central Bank proposals of the New Zealand Government ; are to the Labour Party’s proposals in this country for the reorganisa- , tion of the Bank of England."
