NEWLY-INSTALLED GATES. TUNNEL TO BE OPENED. In connection with the testing of the, hewly-installed second set of gates in the diversion tunnel at Arapuni, the official gfites will be opened In the next day or two. This will mean a probable rise of from two to three feet in the level of the Waikato River at Hamilton.
