The chief commodity involved in the treaty is chilled beef and Britain undertakes not to reduce the normal amount' receivable from Argentina below that of June 30, 1932- If, however, circumstances arise necessitating further curtailment, Britain will consult oilier meat exporting countries, including British Dominions, with a view to making such reduction proportionate.
