LADIES’ AUXILIARY.
HAMILTON METHODIST. -About forty-ladies were present at the monthly meeting of the Hamilton Methodist Ladies’ Auxiliary, on June 22. The president (Mrs Williams), NW ocoupied the chair. Subsequently to and afternoon tea an on- ) lightening talk on her recent visit to the Holy Land was given by Miss Irene Scherer,who with a fund of Information on the habits and customs of people still living in an atmosphere of Biblical days, held an Interested and appreciative audience. A vote of thanks was passed to the speaker.
