MARRIED COUPLE REFUSED BAIL. AllC K I . AN D , Tucsday. Jointly charged with unlawfully using an inslrumonl, Robert William 'Campbell, aged 37, described as an inventor, and his wife, Mary Campbell, aged 39, appeared on remand in the Police Coirt yesterday. A fur!her remand until ..May -jo was granted, In reply lo a question by the magistrate, Detective-Sergeant McHugh said the woman referred to in the charge was’dead. “Then 1 shall refuse hail fo- both accused," said the magistrate.
