VANCOUVER,. May 14
Peculiar circumstances are associated with the murder of Mr Albert Ridley, an aged millionaire, and his secretary, Mr Lee Weinstein, in the basement of their office. Weinstein was Ridley’s second secretary to he ihurdered. His former\ secretary was killed in exactly the same manner by 'the same calibre hul--let.
The police fear there is no method of proving which died first. The murders were so carefully carried out that they are difficult to solve. Ridley, who lived a monastic ex- 1 istence, left 200,000 dollars in his will to Weinstein if the latter survived him. Weinstein left two wives, who promise to sue the octagenarian's estate for a substantial division.
