WHEAT QUOTATIONS.

United Press Assn. —Elec. Tel. Copyright. LONDON, April 25. For Wheat cargoes sellers have advanced th-eir prices from 3d to 9d, but buyers are holding off. Parcels are quoted at 6d to 9-d dearer. Futures: London June delivery 20s 10Jd per quarter, September 21s sid; Liverpool May delivery, 4s 9id per cental,. July 4s 114 d, October 5s 2 l-Bd, December 5s 3 3-Bd. HIKUTAIA ’STOCK SALE. The Farmers’ Co-operative Auctioneering Co., Ltd., report that at their Hikutaia stock sale a medium yarding of beef came forward and sold at late rates, while a few pens of sheep, comprising mostly fat ewes, were firm at equal .to Waikato values. A small yarding' of pigs was penned, and these sold on a par with last sale. Quotations. —Light fat steers, £4 to £4 ss; prime young fat cows and heifers, £3 to £3 10s; heavy fat cows £2 15s to £2 19s; medium fat cows, £2 to £2 10s; light fat cows, 32s to 395; good -conditioned cows, 28s to 30s; heavy boners 21s to 2Gs; other boners, 9s to £i; light porkers, £1 to 25s;*good stores, 15s Gd to 19s Gd; medium stores, 13s to 15s; slips, 10s to 12s Gd; weaners, 6s to 9s Gd.
