REFUND OF CANAL DUES. QUESTION IN PARLIAMENT. United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright. LONDON, April 25. In the House of Commons Captain Peter MacDonald (Conservative — Wight), inquired whether -the Government would refund to the shipping companies from its share -cf the Suez Canal revenue, an -annually-Increas-ing proportion of their payments on Suez Canal dues in order to relieve their burden. Mr L. Hore Belisha (Financial Secretary to the Treasury), replied that the Government had -considered the -puggcsti-ui but were unable to adopt it.
