Mrs C. L. Mac Diarmid, of Hamilton, returned yesterday from a holiday at the Thames coast.
Miss Crook, of Marton, is the guest of Mrs C. B. Fullerton-Smith in Hamilton.
Mrs W. Batt, of Hamilton, is holidaying in Taihape.
Mrs Russell and Miss Meg Russell, of Auckland, are touring In the Waikato.
A children's fancy dress dance will be held on Saturday next, at 7.30 pm., at St. Peter's Parish Hall, in aid of the St. Peter’s Orphanage fund.
A one-day tournament in aid of the Cambridge Ladies’ Golf Club will be held by the Hamilton Ladies’ Club at the St. Andrews links on Friday next.
Mrs Philip Harkness and Miss Joyce Manning, of Hamilton, have returned from a holiday at Milford.
Miss May Ross, of Hamilton, who has been holidaying in Rotorua, has returned home.
Mrs W* Egan, of Matamata,' has gone to Auckland on a visit.
Mrs F. Beer, Christchurch, and Mrs E. Smith, Springbank, North Canterbury, are on a visit to their parents, Mr and Mrs G. Buckley, at Matamata.
