SOUTH AUCKLAND MEETING. CHAMPIONSHIP TO WAKEFIELD. WAIHI, Saturday. The 27th annual prize-firing meeting under the auspices of the South Auckland Rifle Association was held to-day. R. F. Wakefield, of the Akarana Club, won the championship, with a cash prize and the Hubbard Memorial Cup. His aggregate score was 184. The runner-up was Oliver, of Tauranga, with 180.
