' y AUCKLAND, Monday. “ The proposal to impose a quota on the imports of butter into the United Kingdom raises difficult and by no means clearly-defined issues. Those responsible for rejecting the proposal have had an unenviable task in arriving at a decision, hut in view of all the difficulties and dangers, I believe that their decision was the right one,’ said Dr. H. Belshaw, Professor of Economics at Auckland University College, this morning.
