BOMB FOR MR ROOSEVELT u MAIL CLERKS’ DISCOVERY. United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright, WASHINGTON, Feb. 22. The Washington Post, in a copyright story published to-day, says a second apparent attempt on tho life of the President-elect, Mr Roosevelt, was revealed last night. A bomb addressed to him was discovered among the incoming- mail at the city Post Office. It was found by clerks when it tumbled out of a mailbag, and the box in which it was con* tamed burst open.
