SECOND CONVERSION ISSUE. SCRIP NOW UNDERWRITTEN. - United Press Assn. —Elec. Tpl. Cnpvr'Tht LONDON, Feb. 22. Underwriting arrangements have been completed for a conversion loan to meet £9,600,000 of New South Wales 4 per cent, stock, which matures on July 1. Holders will be invited to accept equivalent amounts at par of Commonwealth 4 per cent, stock redeemable in 1955-70.
