REMOVAL OF BAND. MINISTER AND BOROUGH PROTEST Reoently the Hamilton Borough Council advised the Minister of Lands that it was not satisfied with the Hamilton Domain Board’s decision to allow sand to he removed from an area near No. 1 Bridge. It requested him to revoke the proposed arrangement. , The Minister (Mr E. A. Ransom) has replied that he is instructing his department to make inquiries, and upon receipt of the resulting report he would go further into the matter.
